adding a user to a site programmatially

I am creating Team sites successfully but I am having a hard time adding a
security group or users to the sites to setup the permissions properly. Can
anyone point me to what I'm obviously missing?

Never mind this was much easier than I thought. Once I got to looking at it
all I had to do was role.AddUser and instead of a user use a security group
instead.

If you figure out how to view all users and their roles post it here.
I've tried using site.AllUsers but can only get a list of the users
that were added, not the security groups.
